Accordion Album / Scrapbook

In this activity the participants make an accordion-like album or scrapbook which can be filled with images. The album is created by folding a long sheet of paper into a zigzag shape. The size of the album depends on the paper available - it is good to adjust the size so that there is no waste.

The images can be created either in one go or gradually, during various classes. Also, different techniques can be used forming independent images or one long, picture that "flows" across several panes.

Another option is to create a comic strip.

The finished album can be viewed as a page by page or displayed vertically or horizontally on the wall, or as a "biombo" on a flat surface.
